ONE TO ONE

Have you ever considered a one to one session?


I LOVE working with clients privately, it’s amazing to witness the transformation in mental health, and physical strength.

MINDFULNESS

I love teaching wellbeing specifically through mindfulness and meditation classes.

​

In my mindfulness sessions I cover relevant topics, we incorporate breathing techniques, tips and coping strategies for well being and meditation practice through relevant guided methods.

RETREATS

One of my favourite things to do is day retreats.
I love taking the time to be able to hold space for people so they can retreat from everyday stress and responsibilities.


Where we are then able to nourish our bodies through movement and our soul through meditation and relaxation.

 

My goal is for you to leave with new energy and mindset, feeling relaxed and happy.


This is what I call 'The Perfect Balance'.

Being able to offer fitness and wellbeing through corporate services has proved to have a substantial return on employee productivity and wellbeing.
